At SILOKING we have an internal privacy coordinator and an external data protection officer.

3. What personal data will be on the stand collected and processed?
We process the personal information that we will collect within the conversation notes "Registration Notes" along with you, or that you leave us with the handover of your business card. Additionally, we will take photos and videos about this event.

4. For what purposes do we use your data?
We store your data at SILOKING to inform you about new products, events and demonstrations.
Photos and videos
According to the public relations of SILOKING photos and videos from the exhibition stand will be published on the website, on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube and Linkedin.

5. On what legal basis do we process your Data?
We appreciate your interest in our products and look forward to the new customer relationship with you. This results in a contract-like relationship of trust according to data protection law. On this basis we store and process your data at SILOKING. SILOKING has a special interest to inform you about new products, events and demonstrations. Therefore we will send you our product newsletter, if you surrendered your E-mail address to us.
Photos and videos
This particular interest is also the basis for publication of photos and videos about our outdoor performances. In addition, we set a certain journalistic freedom, if we welcome you at our stand during the fair.

6. How long do we save your data?
We process your data as long as we assume to have a customer relationship with you. Following your data will be deleted, if no legal retention periods conflict. As part of our journalistic work and for the company chronicle we also store photos and videos after the Customer relationship has ended.

7. Who receives my data?
All employees of SILOKING, that serve you in the context of customer relations, or further distribution partners receives your data.

8. Where is my data processed?
Your personal data will be stored in our SILOKING Customer database, that is available in all locations of SILOKING.
Photos and videos are stored on the server of publicity media in Tittmoning (Upper Bavaria).

9. What rights do you have with respect to your data?

• „Right on information
  We gladly inform you about the personal information on your person Data stored at SILOKING and how we process that data. Please share your request with one of our Data protection officers, named under point 2 of this information letter.

• Right on revocation
  On every product information we send to you in either paper form or electronically, you find personal contacts.
  If you do not want to be informed with news of SILOKING any longer, let your contact person know either by phone, by post or e-mail with. Additionally you can directly unsubscribe for any SILOKING newsletter.
  Photos and videos
  If you wish, that a photo of you, published on a web appearance of SILOKING, is removed, please contact your personal contact person or our Data protection officer, named under point 2.

• Right to appeal
  If you are not satisfied with processing of your data, you have a right of appeal. At any time you can contact one of our data protection contact persons, named at point 2.
