(Tittmoning, Nov. 15, 2016) SILOKING Mayer Maschinenbau GmbH presents another innovation at EuroTier 2016 – the SILOKING bedding belt for the models of the TrailedLine range: the combination of feed discharge and precise large-distance bedding of cubicle beds and cubicle housings with one machine only. The absence of set-up times and better comfort result in considerable saving of working time.

Simple control

Control of the bedding belt is carried out hydraulically, but it can also be carried out (electro-hydraulically) via SILOKING Data E as an option. The intuitive control unit makes it possible to fold in and out theSILOKING bedding belt for passing by any obstacles. Swung under the cross conveyor belt, the vehicle width is not changed.

Well-thought design

The SILOKING bedding belt is a robust belt made of long-life PVC with hard plastic slats that provide precise bedding results. The angle and the speed of the belt can be adapted through the hydraulic drive. The SILOKING bedding belt is only available for machines equipped with a cross conveyor belt.
